Parma 2-1 Juventus, Tuesday, 12:30pm GMT (10:30am CET)Live on EurosportWatch the highlights from tonight’s Serie A clash between the two top-flight clubs.
The Bianconeri have already reached the Champions League final and could win it on home soil this season with a fourth successive win.
However, they have not yet reached the knockout stages and face an uphill battle if they are to reach the final.
With a 1-0 win over Udinese, Juventus will move up to second in Serie A, eight points clear of leaders Inter.
They have a game in hand on the Bianconelli and they could also have another win to their name if they can equal the two-goal haul they scored against Udinese.
Juventus are second in the Serie A table after beating Udinese 2-0, while Inter are six points behind them with a game to play.
Juve’s attack will be bolstered by their return to the top of the table after a long absence, as they are aiming to take the last four points from their group.
Parma are one of the biggest favourites to win the competition, having won the previous three championships in a row.
However they have also conceded the third most goals this season (21), and they have only managed to secure a single win in nine games.
They are also unbeaten in Serie B with a win in their last four.
Parma’s captain Giuseppe Rossi will not be making his first-team debut, and he is unlikely to be involved for the first leg.
Juvenilis best chance of a comeback in the second leg is when Parma take on Udinese at the Stadio Olimpico, with the first-leg set to be played on Tuesday.
Parmistiano Di Canio has named a 23-man squad for the second match, with Stefano Okoro and Bruno Algarve making their first starts.
The match will be broadcast live on Eurosports.
