Lizards, turtles and snakes can’t get enough of their own tails, and that’s the main reason pet owners want them to be free from the toxic substance that causes them to choke and vomit.
But what if they just wanted to make their pets feel good about themselves?
What if they wanted to add a little something extra to their own life, too?
How about a pet movie?
While this is the perfect opportunity for a pet owner to get their foot in the door for a new pet experience, there are some pitfalls to keep in mind when trying to bring your pet into a movie theater.
First and foremost, your pet is in danger.
As much as they might be enjoying themselves at the movies, their life may be at risk.
It is the same with people.
The more people you have around, the more potential for people to get sick, according to the American Veterinary Medical Association.
People with underlying health conditions may be more vulnerable to getting sick because of the way their environment is handled.
The fact is, pet owners who choose to keep their pets inside the theater may be doing something wrong, experts said.
They could be putting their pet in danger by bringing them into a situation they know will get sick or even by causing them harm.
To make sure you are getting your pet’s best health possible, it is important to be aware of your pet when they are being transported to and from the theater, said Dr. Richard A. Smith, medical director of the Animal Hospital and Pet Hospital at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.
“I would say that we would want to make sure that we are taking them to a vet immediately if there is any concern of illness,” he said.
